Grizzly hackles are a mainstay on tying benches everywhere and Grizzly Half Saddles offer the perfect amount of workable feathers at the right price. If you’re looking for hackles in lesser-used colours and don’t want to shell out $75 or more for a full saddle a Half Saddle is the ideal product.

Finding the colour(s) you need is easy as these saddles are available in red, orange, fluorescent chartreuse, tan, fluo blue, olive, black, natural, brown, and fluo pink and, These half saddles will last you years, so long as they’re stored properly.

Grizzly Half Saddles come packaged individually and are generally half the size of a full-sized saddle hackle.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $75 domestically within the US. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat shipping rate from USPS, which usually works out to be half price of the true shipping cost.

For shipments to Canada we highly recommend shipping Express. These packages will arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 days. Standard shipments are shipped via a 3rd party and typically take 10-15 days. Shipments to Canada over $120 will receive free shipping.

For international shipments we partner with Global-E/ DHL. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Togens to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.

For a half saddle there sure are a lot of feathers on here. All of them are top notch quality too. Even tied in soft hackle flies, which they are not intended for, they look great!

I ordered the Ewing half saddle in black and it wasn’t what I expected. The feathers had a bit of a greenish tint to them? On the positive side Togens shipping and customer service was awesome as usual!!
