I was having difficulties finding 2X long curved nymph hooks from the brand I normally use and while watching some chironomid pattern videos on Youtube, I ran across Togens and decided to check it out. The pricing is excellent and the hooks are terrific! I've found my new favorite hook supplier. The combo pack is a great buy and has a good range of hook sizes included. I only wish this combo pack was offered in the barbless version as well (Hint Hint). I use these to tie bomber and buzzer chironomid patterns. Thank You for the nice product

Prior to ordering I had questions about the lines. Once answered I ordered two 5WT FS lines. Then I was told they had not arrived and shipping could be delayed. Apparently they got them in and I received them with a couple weeks.

While I haven't tied up any patterns recently needing CDC feathers, I am really impressed with the quantity of feathers and the length of the feathers in the package I just ordered. I have used CDC feathers from others and the number of useable feathers in their packages are somewhat lacking and the length of the fibers are not near as long as what I see in Togen's package. This is a good buy. Thanks, Togens.

Many different looks with one strand…so interesting, so unique! So far, this chironomid tie has not been overly productive. I have tied it with a red BR ultra wire rib and it seems to work better than a black or silver rib. I will keep fishing it and see what happens. Thanks, Togens! It’s a very cool product.

Togens hooks have been I preferred hooks for the last several years. After discovering there was a mistake with some of the hooks I recently ordered, I contacted Togens customer service. The problems was quickly resolved, and I received all the correct items that I had ordered within only a few days.

I fish a tailwater where 18-22+ inch trout are common, and many hooks have bent on good fish. These competition barbless in size 18 and 20 tie very good nymphs and soft hackles, and they have never bent. Togens is my go-to for hooks!

I have always been more than well satisfied with items bought from Togens.

The hooks seem to be of good quality and they are very reasonably priced. I bought 100 pacs of my normal range of hook type and size. No more running back and forth to the fly shop, I’m stocked up and didn’t break the budget!
