Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the US.

We also offer free shipping to Canada for orders over $150 CAD. 

 

International Shipping:

Canadian orders over $150 will receive free shipping. Orders under $150 will be charged a discounted shipping rate from Global-E, which is typically around $12.

We have partnered with FedEx for international shipments and your package will arrive at your doorstep within 3-7 days. 

We do ship internationally, Simply enter your shipping information and your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Togens to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Please select the destination in the country switcher dropdown to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

Handling & Shipping Times:

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from time of purchase, Our team works very hard to ship your items as fast as possible.

During large sale times (ie: Black Friday, Boxing Day & Father's Day) our handling time may be longer. Please allow up to 5+ business days for processing time. Thank you.

Due to border control occasionally investigating / holding packages we have had some orders being delayed in their delivery times. 

For orders being shipped internationally please allow up to 30 days from time of purchase for your order to arrive.

If it has not arrived after 30 days please contact us for further support. For all other International orders please allow up to 30 days for your package to arrive.
