I placed order 2nd of January I believe. Initial order took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Almost 1 third of the order was missing. I could have forgave that. But when they sent me the missing items they still didn't send me the peacock herl which I paid for. Subsequent emails were exchanged notifying you of this which I was assured you had plenty on hand. I didn't think it necessary for me to ask again for you to please send me the peacock herl which was already paid for. But I guess I should have because I still haven't received it!!!!! You also sent me a self serving fly box with your name printed on it I guess as some sort of "gift" for my troubles. Why would advertise a business that at this point I no longer feel comfortable doing business with. I really thought I didn't need to ask for the peacock herl a third time. All the cordial emails mean nothing when you can't back them up...Respectfully, Timothy Gundry.
