My order came in as promised however, about 20-25 % of the feathers were not usable because of the quality of the product. These were to be premium feathers and that is what was expected. I hope your supplier can correct the issue.

Hungarian Partridge hackles

Recently got two packages of these hackles and felt they were not up to your standards.. Their was a large number of feathers that were too small and only good for size 20 below. The colors hue was off also.

I was expecting a bit higher quality feathers, especially being nature's spirit brand.
Lots of damaged feathers.
Approximately 1/4 of the package was not usable.
I would not hold togens at fault for this though.
