Just about every hot new fly pattern these days features dubbing of some sort. Whether it’s the Frenchie, or the improved Hare’s Ear, you need dubbing on your nymphs – and dry flies – to really make them work.
Enter Super Bright Dubbing. This dubbing is more than what you’ll find in your average fly shop. Colors of dubbing are made by blending at least three base colors together, which creates a more lifelike, vibrant look for your flies. In addition, Super Bright dubbing is stuffed full of UV reflective material, ensuring that it catches and reflects any available light. Regardless of the fishing conditions, flies tied with Super Bright dubbing shouldn’t have a problem catching the attention of even the most wary of trout.
You can use Super Bright Dubbing on both nymphs and dry flies, and a single bag should be more than enough for a few dozen flies, at the very least.
