I put my new Togens

I put my new Togens 6 wt intermediate sink fly line on a reel and tried it out on a local trout pond soon after it arrived. The line is very slick and casts well at the distances I usually cast, about 30’ to 70’. I was a bit concerned initially, because the line floated high and dry for several casts but soon started to sink slowly, which is just what I want. I suspect the reason for it to float initially is probably some kind of coating the manufacturers put on the line. Over all I am very impressed with the quality of this line and for the price you can’t go wrong.

Intermediate Sink Fly Line -WF6I

I recently bought this line and have nothing but good things to say about it. I have been fly fishing for over 50 years and I am finding that it is increasingly difficult to find a good intermediate sinking line. This one fills the bill.
