Togens Turbo Cones are typically used for tube flies, but they are also commonly used for salmon flies. the shape of the cone on the front of the fly makes the fly move and pulsate in either the slowest or hardest currents.

In addition to the unique movements, the turbo cone also provides a little bit of weight to help get the fly down.
